Welcome to Naturalist Explorer LLP. By booking or participating in any of our events, workshops, treks, camps, educational programs, or travel experiences, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Booking & Confirmation
• Participation is confirmed only upon full payment of the applicable event or travel fee.
• Bookings are non-transferable unless specified and approved in writing by our team.
2. Health, Safety & Participant Responsibility
• All participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good physical and mental health before joining any activity.
• Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs.
• Our team will do its best to accommodate, but final responsibility rests with the participant.
• Participants are expected to adhere to safety instructions provided by the Naturalist Explorers team or partner personnel during the event.
3. Code of Conduct
• All participants must show respect towards fellow participants, nature, wildlife, and local communities.
• Disruptive behavior, harassment, littering, or violation of site-specific rules may lead to removal from the program without refund.
• We strongly uphold the values of inclusivity, ecological ethics, and mutual respect.
4. Photography & Media Consent
• During events, photographs and videos may be taken by our team for documentation and promotional use.
• If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform us before the event begins.
• Any photographs/videos captured by participants must not be used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Naturalist Explorer LLP.
5. Liability Disclaimer
Naturalist Explorer LLP is not liable for:
• Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
• Personal injury, accidents, or unforeseen incidents during or after the activity, whether caused by natural elements, wildlife, or participant actions.
Participants join at their own risk, acknowledging and accepting the inherent dangers associated with outdoor and nature-based activities.
6. Leave No Trace Policy
We follow and enforce the ‘Leave No Trace’ philosophy in all our experiences:
1. Leave No Trash : Carry back all litter or waste. Dispose responsibly.
2. Leave What You Find : Do not take away rocks, flowers, artifacts, or other natural/cultural materials.
3. Respect Wildlife : Maintain distance, avoid interaction, and never feed animals.
4. Be Considerate of Others : Maintain peace, yield on trails, and avoid loud noise.
5. Fire & Smoking : Smoking or lighting fires is strictly prohibited, unless expressly permitted by both the tour leader and the venue operator.
7. Assumption of Risk, Waiver & Indemnity Agreement
By participating in our experiences, you agree to the following legal waiver:
”In consideration of being permitted to participate in activities organized by Naturalist Explorer LLP, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, and legal representatives, fully release, discharge, and hold harmless. Naturalist Explorer LLP, including its directors, team members, volunteers, agents, and affiliated partners, from any and all claims of liability, loss, damage, injury, or death arising from my participation.”
I acknowledge the nature of outdoor activities and confirm that I am in good physical and mental condition. I accept full responsibility for my safety and understand that risks may include, but are not limited to:
• Slippery, uneven, or rugged terrain
• Wildlife encounters
• Weather conditions
• Medical emergencies
• Accidental separation from the group
• Injuries arising from lack of fitness, improper gear, or negligence
I agree not to hold Naturalist Explorer LLP or its affiliates liable for any costs related to injury, rescue, or medical attention resulting from participation. I also agree to indemnify and defend them from any third-party claims resulting from my actions.
This agreement applies to me, my family members, my estate, and any legal assigns. It is legally binding, and I confirm I have read and understood the implications of this waiver before participating.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By booking with us or participating in our programs, you confirm that:
• You are 18 years or older, or have consent from a parent/legal guardian.
• You have read, understood, and accepted all sections of this Terms and Conditions document.
• You agree to follow any additional instructions or agreements specific to the event or travel program.
