At Naturalist Explorer LLP, we strive to deliver exceptional experiences. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to be fair, transparent, and supportive in how we handle cancellations, refunds, and logistics.
Cancellation Policy
1. Workshops, Nature Trails, Day Events, and Local Programs (within Mumbai and surrounding areas)
Cancellation by Participant :
More than 7 days prior to the event : 100% refund (minus payment gateway charges, if applicable)
Between 3 to 7 days prior : 50% refund
Within 72 hours or no-show : No refund
• Cancellation by Naturalist Explorer LLP :
If we cancel due to weather, safety, minimum participant numbers not met, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:
A full refund Or a rescheduled date / credit for a future event (as per your preference)
2. Multi-Day Tours, Treks, Camps, and Travel-Based Experiences
These experiences often involve advance bookings with third-party vendors such as accommodations, transport, and activity operators. Our cancellation terms for such events are:
• More than 30 days prior to start date : 90% refund (after deduction of non-refundable components)
• 15 to 30 days prior : 50% refund
• Less than 15 days prior : No refund
Note :
* Booking confirmation emails will include experience-specific cancellation clauses, especially for custom/private group tours.
* Refunds, if approved, may take 5–10 business days to process.
* We recommend all travelers consider a travel insurance policy for high-value trips or remote locations.
Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
• Refunds will be made to the original source of payment (bank account, UPI ID, credit/debit card, etc.).
• Refund timeline : 5 to 10 business days (depending on payment provider)
• In case of technical errors, duplicate payments, or overcharges, you may email us at naturalistex@gmail.com with supporting screenshots or bank statements.
• Refunds are not applicable for:
* Voluntary dropout during an experience
* Delays or interruptions due to weather, natural disasters, or acts of God
* Late arrivals or no-shows
Currently, Naturalist Explorer LLP is primarily a service-based company. However, if you purchase any DIY kits, event gear, gift cards, or merchandise, our shipping policy is as follows:
Shipping Timeline:
• Products are shipped within 3–7 working days from the date of order confirmation.
• You will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once shipped.
Shipping Locations:
• We currently ship across India only.
• Remote area delivery may take longer depending on courier service coverage.
Delivery Partners:
• We work with reputed logistics providers such as India Post, Delhivery, DTDC, or BlueDart based on your location.
Shipping Charges:
• Charges will be calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location.
• Free shipping may be offered for selected products or promotions.
If your shipment arrives damaged or incorrect:
• Email us at naturalistex@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
* Order number
* Description of issue
* Clear photos of the product and packaging
• We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
• Please retain original packaging until the issue is resolved.
• All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing via email to naturalistex@gmail.com.
• Refunds are not applicable for services already rendered or digital materials shared.
• Naturalist Explorer LLP reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page.
For all queries related to cancellations, refunds, or shipping:
